Some headphones and speakers cannot reproduce the App's 1% steps because of the device's own volume behavior.
Quick checks
Restore Pro Mode
Open the Pro Mode page from Settings and choose Restore Purchase.
Background photos
Replace or clear a Glass or Liquid Glass background in the custom-design settings.
Widget behavior
iOS requires the main App to open when a widget initiates a volume change.
Before contacting support
When possible, include the following details so the issue can be investigated:
- Your iPhone or iPad model
- Your iOS or iPadOS version and Volume Changer version
- The model of connected headphones or speakers, if applicable
- The steps that led to the issue and what appeared on screen
Do not submit passwords, full purchase receipts, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information.
